From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Pilot in command (PIC) was practicing touch and goes on runway 1R. PIC reported before losing control of the aircraft (about 6 to 10 seconds after touch down) he had adjusted flaps 1 notch up, pushed in the carb heat controller and he thinks he applied full throttle. PIC claims aircraft made an abrupt uncommanded hard turn. PIC attempted to apply right rudder which he claims stopped the turn but did not turn the aircraft right. PIC reports no physical or audible warnings preceding loss of control. PIC claims he applied brakes when the aircraft exited the runway. Aircraft's left wing, upon exiting the runway, struck the wind sock pole, aircraft preceded to spin then came to a stop with the engine still running. PIC shut down aircraft engine. PIC radioed tower he was unharmed. Aircraft sustained damage to the left spar and wing. Props were severely damaged. The right main landing gear was torn from aircraft.
