From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23)All indicators showed that the gear was down and locked. Initial touchdown was at the displaced threshold of runway 36 with a slight skid and second touchdown was about 30 feet further down the runway. As the landing roll continued the nose became its normal heavy and whem it could no longer be held off, descended to the runway. When the nose gear came in contact with the ground a loud bang was heard and the nose gear folded followed by the main gear resulting in the belly sliding on the runway.
