From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The pilot indicated he was going touch and go's at the Blackwell Tonkawa airport, landing on runway 17 with the winds 20 mph gusting to 32 at 160 on landing. He felt the nose settling too FAR, he pulled back on the elevator and the nose gear locked into place and made a normal landing. The prop hit the runway and bent all 3 blades. The pilot indicated he didn't remember looking for 3 green lights for gear down. The pilot suspects he just didn't give the gear enough time to fully extend. The only damage to the aircraft ws the bent prop blades.
