The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
(-23) Cargo aircraft was returning from a delivery flight (CFR part 91) when the side emergency window fell off the aircraft on short final to the airport. No damage was done to the aircraft. Minor damage was reported by a property owner toher roof. It is believed by the operator that the emergency door safety pin was possibly hit by cargo or personnel during loading or unloading and that the emergency window vibrated loose during the return flight.
