From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23)Pilot's statment: after lowing the gear I did not get an indication that the nose gear was down and locked. I told tower of my situation and that I needed a heading and altitude so I could accomplish the emergency gear extension checklist. Once at altitude I accomplished the checklist several times and still could not get a nose gear down and lock indication. I then asked appraoch if I could do a low approach over rwy 31R to confirm my nose gear was up. I did the low approach. It was confirmed that my nose gear was up. At this point I declared an emergency landing on 31R, with emergency equipment standing by. I accomplished the landing by shutting the engines down once the landing was assured. Once I touched down, I held the nose up as long as I could and when the nose settled to the ground, I let the plane slow to a stop. I secured the airplane and egressed.

As the FAA filed it
