(-23) Five minutes after departure from the downtown parks airport (cps) cahokie, IL, the pilot reported problems with his primary attitude indicator. Several vacuum system components removed from the accident site have been sent to the NTSB lab in Washington DC for further examination. The NTSB investigation continues.
