From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) After a cross-country trip the pilot of N666SW put the gear down in the pattern at his destination. The gear circuit breader had popped and there was no movement of the gear. The airman neglected to check the indications nor did he follow his checklist for landing. During thr flare, he heard a scraping sound and immediately added power, went around and realized the gear circuit breaker was not in. He reset the breaker, the gear functioned normally and the landing was uneventful. After shutdown it was found that the prop had struck the ground and one of the antennas on the belly was broken. No damage to the belly of the airplane was apparent.
