From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Pilot's statement: the plane was prepared upon arrival at the gpt airport at 13:30 local time. At approximately 14:00 local time, I filed a flight plan with the flight service station and checked the weather along the route including airmets, sigmets, conv. Segments, etc...I went and briefed the first officer, marco formichetti. Around 15:20, the passengers arrived at the airport. Before departure, the passengers were briefed and I personally told Mr. Adam meyer about the thunderstorms along the route of flight. After 30 minutes of flying at flight level 330, the weather radar started to show some rain activity further down the road. The fasten seatbelt signs were on during the entire flight due to weather conditions. I made sure that the first officer flicked the fasten seatbelt switch a few times to draw their attention. At about 130 miles from rsw VOR, we encountered a pocket of moderate turbulence. At that time, we were the first to report the turbulence in the area. After that, we found out that Mr. Meyer was lightly bleeding through his nose. The first officer went back to make sure the passengers were okay and asked them if they needed any medical assistance to be waiting at the airport. Mr. Meyers refused the offer stating that everything was fine. After the event, we continued the flight into fxe with no other problems along the route. After landing, the passengers disembarked the plane and was greeted by the ground crew. I went to talk to Mr. Meyer about the past event and to make sure again that everything was okay. He commented not to worry about the event since the weather cannot be controlled. He congratulated us for the good job and gave us a tip. They went to the car and left.
