(-23) Aircraft tookoff from the ocean shore and at approximately 50 ft from the ground a gust of wind pushed the aircraft against a palm tree. Aircraft hit the palm tree with the left wing and fell straight down.

(-23) AIRCRAFT TOOKOFF FROM THE OCEAN SHORE AND AT APPROXIMATELY 50 FT FROM THE GROUND A GUST OF WIND PUSHED THE AIRCRAFT AGAINST A PALM TREE. AIRCRAFT HIT THE PALM TREE WITH THE LEFT WING AND FELL STRAIGHT DOWN.
