What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
(-23) Mr. Bingham was practicing landing. He made a low approach to runway 21 at Flying Circus (a standard practice for that airport). He made one other go around, then landed on runway 3. On his next short field landing he experienced a rapid loss of airspeed during the flair, and the aircraft dropped to the ground in a stall. (Estimate was 10 to 15 feet drop).
