From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The pilot was landing at night. He was using runway 21R. This runway is narrower than the other one. After landing, the airman advised ATC that he was unfamiliar, and was instructed by ATC to, "taxi to the end and turn left." According to airman, it was dark, the runway was skinny, and he saw buildings in the distance and wound up taxiing off the end of runway into a drainage ditch. He didn't realize that the runway ended where it did. Aircraft sustained damage to the prop and tail tie-down, and a wheel fairing broke off.
