From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Mr. Walker hester, pilot of N399PS, while on short final to runway 27 at Mccollum airfield (ryy) encountered winds that were 330 at 10 with gust to 15 and some windshear. The plane dropped and landed hard on the runway, breaking the right brake. The plane is not equipped with nose wheel steering so differential braking is the normal steering system. With out the right brake the plane veered left at the end of the runway breaking a runway end identifier light. The plane suffered minor damage to the right brake.
