From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) During approach both pilot and certified flight instructor stated that landing gear indicated down and locked. After touchdown and approximately 1000 feet down the runway the right main gear collapsed followed by collapse of the nose gear. The aircraft veered to the right, the right wing departed the paved surface and struck a runway light puncturing the right fuel tank and causing wrinkles to the skin and possible internal damage to the spar of the right wing. Other damage was to the bottom of the right engine nacelle, wingtip, nose landing gear doors, and the propellers.
