What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
(-23) Aircraft departed naples (mky) runway 35 and power vibrations began. Aircraft completed right turn to crosswind leg when @ 500 ft altitude when pilot in command (PIC) attempted to right turn back to mky airport, runway 17. The pilot and passenger members indicated that an increase in throttle setting caused vibrations to become worse. Pilot completed brief VHF unicomm with mky, but was unable to return to runway. PIC decided to land at golf course north mky due to low altitude. PIC started left circling turn to land into wind on golf course. PIC avoided golfers and tree line east of golf practice area. The pilot and passenger indicated the airspeed was reduced to stall at approximately 6 to 8 feet above ground. Aircraft touched down hard on main landing gear, possible bounce. Nose landing gear collapsed and separated from bulkhead attach point lower firewall. Both wing tips hit ground hard, and damage to flaps and flap hing attach points.
As the FAA filed it
(-23) AIRCRAFT DEPARTED NAPLES (MKY) RUNWAY 35 AND POWER VIBRATIONS BEGAN.
