From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

The crew received a takeoff configuration warning when the power levers were advanced for takeoff. The aircraft taxied clear of the runway and the takeoff configuration was checked. The aircraft then took the runway again, and again the crew received a takeoff configuration warning. The aircraft taxied clear of the runway and returned to the gate. The flight crew noticed theflap pos le circuit breaker out. This circuit breaker (cb) is in-line with the first officer's shoulder harness. The flight crew radioed maintenance operational control (moc) and informed them of the takeoff configuration warning, the circuit breaker, and the possibility of the first officer's shoulder harness may have struck the breaker. The flight crew requested authorization to reset the cb from moc. Moc performed a history check on the aircraft to determine any history on the fault and none was found. The cb was reset, the aircraft pushed back and the flight 451 continued on to phx. Incident CE2002IAC0024 is considered closed with the filing of this report
