(-23) On February 7, 2002, at approximately 2305C, N3806Y, a Cessna 210-D experienced a nose gear retracted landing at the Kearney Municipal Airport, Kearney, Nebraska. The flight originated in imperial Nebraska with intentions of landing on a private strip, however after the nose gear malfunction the PIC elected to land at Kearney.
