From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Pilot arnold bullock landed at Memphis International Airport on runway 18C at 1055GMT. On rollout, he informed the tower that he was unfamiliar with the airport and requested taxi assistance from ground control, since it was his first time at a class b airport. Gc instructed him to make the next right turn when able. Bullock was able to make the next right turn which actually was a reverse high speed for runway 36C. (High speed turn-off C5). He was further instructed by ground control to continue straight on taxiway c to signature aviation (the FBO). Bullock stated that he though he was on a taxiway centerline, and continued straight ahead until he felt the aircraft leave the taxiway and enter onto a grassy area. He did not have a Memphis airport diagram, having stated that his original point of landing was millington and not Memphis International. Applying the aircraft brakes he slid further down the grassy area to a drainage ditch where the prop struck the embankment on the opposite side of the drainage culvert.

As the FAA filed it
