From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) N441CK landed on runway 32 and while rolling out, the nose gear collapsed. Pilot interview: on approach, landing gear pump circuit breaker popped at initial gear deployment and tower said that the gear did not appear to be fully down and locked. Emergency gear extension procedure accomplished followed by tower fly by for visual confirmation. Tower acknowledged that the gear appeared to be down and locked. Pilot accomplished soft field landing procedure, holding nose off for as long as possible. Upon nose gear touch down, nose gear rolled up into wheel well. Pilot and passengers deplaned, no injuries. Aircraft taken to maintenance shop for evaluation of damages.
