Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Crew performed engine shutdown procedures & alerted crash, fire & rescue. The aircraft landed without incident and the pax deplaned at the terminal safely. Mesaba airlines maintenance personnel were dispatched to the scene and the flight data recorder was downloaded. It was determined the left engine had "overtemped" during climbout. On-site mesaba maintenance personnel subsequently replaced the left engine and the aircraft was approved for return to service Monday 04/08/02. 04/26/02: discussed specific engine overtemp condition with mesaba powerplant engineer, it was determined that the engine experienced a de-accelleration stall resulting in the overtemp condition leading to the subsequent failure.
