From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Instructor was training student in rejected landing techniques. While conducting a rejected landing, directional control was lost within a few feet of the ground and the aircraft drifted to the left. The instructor attempted to correct the left drift by applying excessive right rudder. The left wing tip contacted the runway as the aircraft continued left off the runway. It settled to the ground while yawing to the right, damaging the landing gear and prop. The aircraft then skidded to a stop approximately 65' left of the runway at a 45 deg. Angle to the runway.
