From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) On Friday, April 26, 2002, the crew of an A-320-203 aircraft, N415FE, operated by federal express, selected the landing gear "up" position after takeoff, yet there was no movement of the main landing gear. The aircraft returned to roc and landed uneventfully. Maintenance found the pitch dampeners to be improperly serviced at each main landing gear. The dampeners were serviced and the aircraft was dispatched to memphis where both dampeners were changed as this was a repeat write-up. This incident is considered closed.
