(-23) On June 6, 2002, a Cessna 172H, N260WB, registered to william m. bruckner, jr., collided with the ground in Palmetto, Florida after releasing a banner from a banner tow flight. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time. The aircraft was substantially damaged and the private pilot was fatally injured. The flight originated from the same field as where the accident occurred.

(-23) ON JUNE 6, 2002, A CESSNA 172H, N260WB, REGISTERED TO WILLIAM M. BRUCKNER, JR., COLLIDED WITH THE GROUND IN PALMETTO, FLORIDA AFTER RELEASING A BANNER FROM A BANNER TOW FLIGHT. VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AT THE TIME. THE AIRCRAFT WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED AND THE PRIVATE PILOT WAS FATALLY INJURED. THE FLIGHT ORIGINATED FROM THE SAME FIELD AS WHERE THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED.
