What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
(-23) privacy data omitted. As the airplane touched down on the landing area it veered to the left. The pilot applied right rudder and brake to stop the turn but the tire slipped on the grass and the left landing gear began contacting brush along the edge of the strip which aggravated the left turn. The right tire gained traction on a patch of dirt/gravel and the airplane turned abruptly to the right causing it to tip over onto its left wingtip. The airplane came to a stop resting on its nose and the main gear.
