From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) On August 15, 2002, at 1930 hrs., during a part 91 pleasure flight, a Beech bonanza model E-35 made a landing to runway 27 at Hanover Airport. The aircraft had departed york airport (thv) ten minutes prior, visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time. The pilot stated that he confirmed "green" gear light on final. The aircraft touched down successfully but during rollout the nose wheel assembly collapsed. Minor damage to the nose wheel assembly, nose wheel doors, propeller and the lower engine cowl occurred. The pilot received no injuries. Mechanic performing repairs stated he could not determine the exact cause of the collapse due to the extent of the damage to the linkage of the nose wheel assembly. Mechanic suggests possible rigging problem.
