From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The gear was placed in emergency down with no change the light was swapped with no change. Upon landing the right main gear collapsed causing minor damage to the flap and aileron and wing skin. The aircraft was ferried to P10 for repairs where FAA witnesses a functional check of the landing gear system with no discrepancies noted. The gear was again tested after resealing the main gear actuators and the right main failed to lock in the emergency extension test. The down lock turnbuckle was adjusted and all test functioned normally. Request the maintenance providers submit an m&d report on their findings.
