From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The pilot (and passenger) were in cruise flt. At approx. 1000 ft (AGL) when suddenly a rapid vibration in the engine/propeller area caused all three (3) propeller blades to separate from the propeller hub. Since the a/c was in the vicinity of the Springerville airport (Q35), the pilot was able to glide safely and make an uneventful landing back at Q35. There was no further damage to the a/c or any injuries to the occupants. The engine vibrations did however displace the engine in its mounts a slight amount.

THERE WAS NO FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE A/C OR ANY INJURIES TO THE OCCUPANTS. THE ENGINE VIBRATIONS DID HOWEVER DISPLACE THE ENGINE IN ITS MOUNTS A SLIGHT AMOUNT.
