From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Pilot allan john kelly allowed the co-pilot to fly the aircraft from the right seat. Aircraft landed gear up and caught on fire. Pilot stated they had used a checklist but did not recall if they had three green lights to indicate that all three gears were down and locked. Pilot also indicated they did not receive any gear warning horn while on final or on the flair, indicated everythin appeared normal until he heard an unusual sound, which he had thought maybe a flat tire. The pilot stated that is when he realized the sound was the result of the flaps contacting the ground, at which time he thought he had retracted the flaps. Pilot stated he had wiggled the landing gear handle to verify it was in the down detent and that was when he had noticed he had red landing gear indicator illuminated. At the accident site, I had verified the flap handle was in the retract position and the landing gear handle was in the down position.
