From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) According to the avl ATCT the aircraft was landing on rwy 34. It landed hard, porpoised, and took off again. The next approach and landing were uneventful. After taxiing to the ramp the pilot reported a prop strike. The pilot stated to the reporting inspector that the winds were down the runway at about 18 knots. The aircraft ballooned on landing. He then added power and made a go-around. The next landing was a normal. After engine shut down he noticed the right prop had beed damaged.
