From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Take off at approximately 0900 hours aircraft taxied for take off. PIC increased both throttles for take off, the aircraft weaved back and forth on the runway due to uneven power on the engines. At about 600-800 feet aircraft ran off the runway on the right side. The right landing gear ran into a 2 foot deep ditch. Aircraft tracked down ditch about 20 feet until it fell into a 4 to 5 foot hole breaking off the right main landing gear. Right wing tip struck the ground and right engine propeller struck the ground bending all three blades back. Aircraft continued tracking down the ditch about 200 feet before coming to rest. The PIC injured his back and required assistance to depart the aircraft and was taken to the hospital. No injuries to passengers were reported.
