From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Because a banner tow ground crew was working on the sw side of rwy 14L the PIC tried to land favoring the NE side of the rwy. The aircraft initially landed in between rwy 14L and the taxiway causing the nosewheel to hit a small ditch. Upon impact, PIC initiated a rejected landing, flew around the traffic pattern and landed successfully. The runway, taxiway, and area in between are grass and had recently been mowed to the same approximate height. No clear boundaries are marked for the runway, taxiway, and area in between.
