From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Pilot stated that while he was aerial spraying a duck flew into the intake of the engine resulting in a flameout and complete loss of power. The pilot then jettisoned the remainder of the chemical and landed the airplane straight ahead into the wind and in a wet cornfield. The aircraft rolled through the soft soil of the cornfield for approximately 600 feet. Approximately 450 feet from the initial touchdown point, the aircraft nosed over and the propeller blades struck the ground in 10 separate places as the aircraft continued to slow down and come to rest in a wet and muddy depression. All five of the propeller blades were bent as a result. No other damage was observed. The pilot completed the shutdown of the aircraft and exited without injuries.
