From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Aircraft was doing touch and go landings at (2V2). According to the pilot he noticed a slight left yaw on the last takeoff. The subsequent landing was three point and normal roll out. He stated he touched the heel brakes. The aircraft swerved left so he applied right brake to correct. About 20 feet before the aircraft stopped the tail came up and the nose struck the ground. The aircraft continued to nose over until it was upside down. After the accident he noticed the left main was flat and the valve stem was missing.
