From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The student pilot was accomplishing her first solo cross country flight and was attempting to complete a full stop landing at Mcalester, OK. The pilot stated that the approach was normal and during touch down the airplane "didn't feel right" so she executed a go around. The pilot stated both doors popped open during the touch down. Shortly after lifting off the tower called on the radio and reported the nose landing gear had departed the aircraft and was on the runway. The flight continued on to jones airport in jenks, OK where an emergency landing was made with no nose gear. The aircraft sustained minor damage to the nose gear and propeller. The nose gear was recovered from Mcalester and examined at the maintenance hangar at jones airport. The nose gear fork and wheel assembly had sustained substantial damage causing the tire to split the sidewall, the wheel bearings to disintegrate and the nose fork casting to fracture vertically.
