From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) After being cleared for takeoff on runway 33, upon reaching approx 150 AGL the pilot began a left turnout. The engine failed without prior warning. Another aircraft was cleared for landing on runway 6. The pilot elected to touch down on grass strip between runway 33 and the taxiway. After touchdown right main gear fell into a hole at the grass edge and folded up striking the struts. Aircraft then contacted two blue taxi lights and the aircraft ground looped coming to rest 180 degrees from original direction.
