From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The pilot was cleared for takeoff at approximately V1 he noticed a red master caution light for the spoilers system. He aborted his take off "with plenty of runway to spare." As he taxied back to the line he stopped the aircraft and cycled the spoiler circuit breaker. The master warning went out. At this point he continued to taxi back for takeoff. After he was cleared for take off he applied full power and noted the aircraft did not feel as if it were going to full power. He aborted the second takeoff at approximately 30 KTS. He continued his taxi to taxiway charily which is in a remote area of the airport. At this point the tower stated he was on fire. The airport fire department was already responding, as he stopped his aircraft the plane was evacuated and the fires (both mains) were put out.
