From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Normal taxi from gate. Upon reaching the end of concourse a, first officer alerted the PIC of an approaching baggage tug and said, "stop". The PIC applied brakes, resulting in a falling injury to the flight attendant (bruised left hand). The aircraft was brought to a complete stop and the parking brake was engaged. The baggage tug then collided with the right forward fuselage of the aircraft, resulting in damage to various apertures and the skin surface. Atmospheric conditions at time of occurrence: overcast skies, darkness (pre-dawn light). Ramp areas were covered with standing water. Flight subsequently cancelled. PIC and SIC were drug tested and removed from duty pending investigation of the occurrence. Cvg American eagle station manager stated statements had been taken from the tug driver involved, fire and rescue personnel on the scene and a police report is available.
