From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The pilot departed dvt and planned to fly to des moines, Iowa. While cruising @ 9000 ft. (AGL) approx. 30 miles northwest of showlow, AZ, poor weather determined a precautionary landing @ sow. The second pilot set the a/c up for a normal landing on the east-west runway @ Show Low (sow). At approx. 30 ft (AGL) the pilot/owner noticed that the l/h wing was low and took over the controls. In the process of the touchdown the a/c contacted the runway hard on the l/h main gear, then the r/h main gear, and finally the nose gear. The results were a cracked l/h main wheel hub, a bent nosewheel fork. There were no injuries to the occupants or post-event fire.
