From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Aborted take-off from an off-airport farm pasture causing damage to nose gear, propeller, and sudden stoppage damage to engine. The pilot, who said he was the only occupant, said the nose gear failed at approximately 25 miles per hour during an abort from an attempted takeoff from a grassy farm pasture. Several eyewitnesses said the aircraft hit a dip or terrace in the pasture and collapsed the nose gear. This happened approximately 2 hours after the pilot had successfully completed a no damage engine-out emergency landing to an adjacent field on the same farm. The pilot reported that he had no injuries from either the emergency landing occurrence or from the aborted take-off incident.

As the FAA filed it
