From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Approximately one hour after departure at FL310 flight crew noted light turbulence. Flight crew requested climb to FL350, but ATC denied request due to traffic. The first officer made a pa announcement for passengers to remain seated and strapped in. Turbulence worsened and captain made an additional pa announcement for everyone, including the flight attendants, to be seated and buckled in. No significant weather was painted on radar, according to the crew. Approximately three to five minutes later, the aircraft encountered what the flight crew reported as moderate turbulence. Several minutes after this encounter, the flight attendants called the flight deck and reported that several of them had been injured and asked for paramedics upon arrival at Orlando. The flight attendants initially assessed their injuries as non-life threatening. Dispatch was notified and med link was called. Paramedics met the crew at the gate in mco. Medical evaluation revealed no serious injuries to passenger or crew. Flight crew, cabin crew and dispatcher reports attached.

As the FAA filed it
