From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Pilot stated that they were on a stabilized approach with low visibility, approx. 1.5 miles in blowing snow with rain mixed in, approx. 3/8 inch of ice on aircraft with gusty winds from 320 deg at 17 knots gusting to 21. She reported seeing the approach lights at 400 feet AGL and elected not to add flaps due to the ice accumulation and gusty winds. She states that they landed wing low with the nose straight and bounced. She felt the wing come up and reapplied crosswind correction then landed. Upon taxiing to parking and shutting down she noticed the prop tips were curled.
