From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Pilot indicated he lowered the landing gear handle and observed all three green lights on. As the aircraft settled the stall horn did not ascend. Engine power was off as indicated by the propeller blades being bent one forward and one back. Aircraft was raised and aircraft power turned on the landing gear handle was placed up position then down by the pilot. The gear extended as normal and locked. Aircraft was towed off the runway. Was unable to determine why landing gear did not lower and lock during landing. Aircraft was scheduled for an annual inspection week of 02/02/2004.
