From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) After landing and during the roll-out on runway 5 at Okeechobee airport, the right front brake locked on this Naval aircraft factory N-3N-3. Attempted corrective action by the pilot could not halt the right turning tendency caused by the locked wheel. As the airplane slowed, it subsequently nosed-over and flipped onto its back. Minor damages were noted to the vertical stabilizer, rudder, and propeller blades. The skid marks on the runway were consistent with the account of this incident.
