The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
(-23) Pilot reported that while on a CFR part 91 cross country flight he had developed engine problems and had elected to make a precautionary landing on a Private airstrip near Graham, WA. During the landing rollout he heard a loud pop from under the pilots seat area, the right main gear collapsed, resulting in substantial damage to the right wing and firewall. Inspection of the aircraft indicates that the right landing gear inboard nut either failed or came loose, resulting in the bolt falling out and the landing gear collapsing.
