From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) During landing on grass portion of runway 25 at the Blairstown Airport (1N7) in Blairstown, NJ, the pilot stated he struck a lip on a paved taxiway that crosses the grass runway to the paved runway. The pilot stated the aircraft struck the lip with the RH main gear, continued for several hundred feet, and the RH main gear collapsed. As a result of the collapse, the aircraft pivoted up on it's nose and struck the propeller and scraped the lower RH wing tip. Weather at the time was VFR with winds out of the west at approximately 8 knots. There were no reported injuries however, there was a passenger on board. Investigation of the incident revealed a bolt mounting the oleo strut to the wheel and axle assembly sheared causing the aircraft strut to settle on the ground during landing rollout.
