From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Engine started to run rough for a moment then quit. The windmilling engine then restarted, then quit again. The pilot made several attempts to start, but was unable. The pilot picked out an emergency landing spot on a straight level asphalt road. A van was maneuvering on the road, which required the pilot's attention. The pilot saw a power cable just before hitting it with the main gear. The impact with the cable greatly diminished the air speed, and the aircraft dropped to the road, landing hard.
