From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The owner and pilot privacy data omitted stated that his flight was for the purpose of currency this day. On normal approach to runway 22 at the Gainesville airport, the aircraft displayed normal gear down indication(s) and touchdown on runway 22 was normal. However, on roll-out, I felt the aircraft "sag" down and then the propeller struck the runway surface and the aircraft skidded on the underside of the fuselage. The aircraft came to rest near the centerline of runway 22 and the pilot privacy data omitted did an emergency shutdown and egressed the aircraft. (Owner/operator statement attached)
