From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) During the landing rollout on runway 32, the nose gear collapsed resulting in minor damage. The pilot stated that the gear was down and locked with three green light indications and he also checked the nose gear in the mirror. He further stated that the approach, landing, and touchdown on the main landing gear was normal and that when he lowered the nose to the runway, it continued to fall to the ground. The aircraft came to rest upright on both main landing gears on the runway. Minor damage occurred to the underside of the nose section, both propellers were bent, and sudden stoppage occurred to both engines.
