From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) After what appeared to be a normal landing and roll out the pilot could not maintain directional control. Although the airplane was at an extremely slow speed the airplane steadily and gradually steered itself to the left. The airplane departed the runway surface with the nose wheel and left landing gear coming to rest in the grass. A subsequent investigation of the brake and anti-skid systems revealed the left nose gear anti skid generator and the right landing gear inboard anti-skid generator were defective.

As the FAA filed it
