From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Aircraft was parked at gate in a designated parking area. The gate was located adjacent to an active service drive. Passengers were in the process of boarding the aircraft. An airport employee shuttle bus struck the left removable wingtip of the aircraft. The bus pushed the aircraft forward and to the right. The aircraft nosewheels were moved approximately three-feet to the right of the designated parking block. The bus sustained a broken right-hand windshield. An inspection of the aircraft by this inspector revealed no structural damage to the left wing - spars, ribs, and skin were undamaged. The left wingtip was substantially damaged.
