From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Upon touch down the nose gear and left main gear folded on its inboard gear door. The left wing hit a runway light causing the aircraft to turn at which time the right main gear folded on its main gear door. Aircraft had just came out of an annual inspection. The landing gear system appears to not have fully completed its extension cycle enough to keep tension on the down lock springs. The pilot reports that the landing gear down indication lights were hard to see in the daylight and turned off the navigation light switch at which time the gear lights indicated all green. Pilot informed us that the aircraft had been sitting for awhile. No injuries reported.
